Glenn Hess started in the auction business in 1967 following his father's footsteps working in the family business. In 1977 he received his real estate salesman's license and has successfully sold real estate at private treaty and at auction as well. He has been in the Ohio Board of Realtors Presidents Club in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 , 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011,2012,2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 for selling $1 million & in 2014 received an award for selling over $2.5 million dollars of real estate. He has a broad experience in all facets of the auction business.

What a great honor to be able to do the job you love for more than 50 years and be recognized by your peers in the association you're in. Glenn Hess received that high honor a few days ago from the Ohio Auctioneers Association by being inducted into the Hall Of Fame. Glenn has followed his father Dannie’s footsteps as he received the award in 2008. This is a rare event to get inducted and to have been a father son combo to have gotten in makes it even more special.
Brad Hess has been in the auction business from day one, carrying tickets, clerking, setting up and then in 1991 he became the third generation to be a licensed auctioneer in the Hess family and began selling immediately. Brad obtained a real estate salesman's license in 1994 and has been very successful in marketing real estate at private treaty and at auction. In 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 , 2007, 2008 , 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 he received the Ohio Realtors Association Presidents Club Award for selling over one million dollars in real estate and in 2000 & 2014 he sold over 2.5 million. In 1995 he was champion bid caller at the Ohio Auctioneers Bid Calling Contest. Brad and wife Kim have 2 boys, Bricen & Caden. Brad joined John in January of 2015 selling United Producers Livestock auction in Hillsboro every Monday, Owenton, KY on Wednesday and also works car auctions for Adesa car auctions in Cincinnati, Ohio. Brad was appointed by the governor to serve as a member of the Auction Commission for the state of Ohio for 2 terms.
John Grover is a life long resident of the Marshall community in Highland County, Ohio. In 1979 John received his auctioneers license and has continued every since. He began selling at Producers Livestock Stockyards in 1985 where he continues to sell every Monday as a livestock auctioneer. John joined Hess Auction Co. LLC in 1986 and has been an associate since. John is married and has 1 son and 2 daughters.
Caden received his apprentice licence in the fall of 2021 and his auctioneer license in the fall of 2022. Caden graduated from Lynchburg Clay High school in 2019 & Southern State College with an Ag Production associates degree 2020. Dannie Hess founded Hess Auction Co. LLC. formerly Dannie Hess & Associates in 1954 and had been auctioning full time since that beginning. In the early 1960's he received his real estate salesman's license and has sold real estate at private treaty and auction. His wide range of experience has been helpful to buyers and sellers for many years. Dannie retired in 2005. In January of 2008 Dannie was inducted to the Ohio Auctioneers Hall Of Fame. Dannie passed away at age of 81 on January 2, 2010 after a long fight of heart and kidney issues.
